DEFINITIONS
Hepatitis G is inflammatory liver disease that was discovered.


CAUSE
Caused by the hepatitis G virus (HGV), which is similar to viral hepatitis C. Contact with infected blood HGV.


SYMPTOMS
Most people do not have acute symptoms. As many as 20% of patients with hepatitis C also suffered from hepatitis.


DIAGNOSIS
The method used to detect HGV very complex to determine the existence of HGV antibodies. However, when antibodies have been found, the virus itself has disappeared.


TREATMENT
There is no specific treatment for acute hepatitis. Patients have a lot of rest, avoid alcohol and eat nutritious food.


PREVENTION
Hepatitis G is transmitted through blood-borne infections. Prevention by avoiding contact with contaminated blood. Do not use needles or other equipment simultaneously.
