Keeping Gastric Stay Healthy


Stomach or ventrikulus is a bag under the midriff. In general, the stomach is a place where the food digest and absorb food in place of juice. Hull has a very vital role in the digestion of food which will be the result of digestion forwarded on to the next process. Stomach consists of three parts,namely:

   1. Cardia. Gastric the top where part or place of entry of food from the esophagus itself.
   2. Fundus. Gastric the middle of a rounded shape.
   3. Pylorus. Hull bottom sections or areas directly related to the intestines 12 fingers (duodelum).

In the stomach there are four layers that support the process of digestion in the stomach. The four layers are:

   1. Mucosa. A layer where the cells release various types of liquids, such as enzymes, hormones and gastric acid. These layers are shaped like a trough to enlarge the ratio between the content and extent so as to reproduce the contents of gastric juice that can be issued.
   2. Submucosa. A layer where the blood vessels like arteries and veins can be found to carry nutrients and oxygen to the cells of the stomach to carry absorbed nutrients, carbon dioxide and urea from the cell.
   
3. Muscularis. A layer of abdominal muscles that ordinary assist in mechanical digestion. This layer is divided into 3 layers of muscle, the muscles elongate, circular muscle and muscle menyerong.
   
4. Serosa. A layer that serves as a protective layer of the stomach. Cells in this layer will issue a kind of liquid to minimize the friction that occurs between the abdomen with the other limb

Stomach will not always be healthy, in a time hull will experience injury or illness. Here's disease associated with gastric diseases, among them:

    * Maag. A symptom of a disease that will attack the stomach due to gastric injury or inflammation that can cause burning pain in the stomach and feel heartburn.
    * Colic. The pain that occurs in the stomach which causes because of the stomach to digest food that ultimately unfriendly, like many Manyak eating chili or alcohol.
    * Peptic ulcers. This disease occurs when stomach wall damage caused by mucus that blankets the damaged hull. Enzymes produced in the mucous will eat small portions of existing on the surface layer of the stomach.

Many ways to treat diseases of the stomach, from medical treatment to herbal treatment. Treatment can be done provided that its use is not excessive. There is also a need to be noticed by people with gastric ill, such as:

   1. Drink plenty of water at least three glasses a day or eight glasses a day.
   2. A healthy diet for nutritional intake that produced a lot of healthy nutrition and gnats contain digestive system working properly.
   3. Avoid foods and drinks that can cause stomach turned like spicy foods, alcohol and sodas.
   4. Reduce fried foods.
   5. Do not get used after meals continue to sleep, give a little lag time in the stomach to process food. At least 1 hour to 3 hours.
